Workplace compliance, made practical

Psychosocial risk software that shows you what your team won't say.

Sentrawell builds practical compliance systems for Australian businesses. Pulse is our psychosocial risk software. It runs confidential staff check-ins, builds your psychosocial risk register, tracks the controls you put in place, records staff consultation, and produces inspection-ready evidence in one tap.

For Australian employers with 5 to 100 staff, in hospitality, retail, childcare, cleaning, trades and care.

  • From $49 a month
  • Half price for founding members
  • Cancel anytime

If you would rather we set it up with you

Instead of filling in the policy pack yourself, we write it around your business, train your staff on it and keep the records. Five steps, with a named person on our side throughout.

  1. Discover needs

A call covering your industry, sites, shifts, workforce and what you already have.

  2. Guided setup

We configure your organisation, roles, locations and reporting pathways.

  3. Tailor and approve

You review the drafts and approve them. Nothing is issued until you sign it off.

  4. Train and capture evidence

Staff are invited, trained, and their acknowledgements recorded.

  5. Review and maintain

Scheduled reviews, updates when the law changes, and records that stay current.

Would rather do it yourself? The Psychosocial Policy Pack gives you the documents to fill in and roll out under your own steam. $790 one-off, no setup fee and no subscription.

You can't manage a risk you can't see.

Get started

Three ways this lands on your desk

Each one starts quietly. Each one is expensive by the time you hear about it.

A resignation you did not see coming

Nobody tells the boss first. The warning signs sit in workloads, rosters and who is carrying whom, and the first clear signal is a good person walking out.

A complaint, and 48 hours to get it right

Once a complaint is made, how you respond goes on the record. Without a written process those first two days are guesswork, and that is where employers come unstuck.

An inspector asking what you have done

Inspectors can require you to produce documents and answer questions. Having done the right thing is not the same as being able to prove it.

All three are cheaper to prevent. Much cheaper.

Six problems Pulse solves

Every employer in Australia has to manage psychosocial risk. These are the six places it usually falls over.

“I don't know what's really going on.”

A confidential check-in every quarter tells you what people won't say in a team meeting, reported as totals you can act on.

“I don't know which problem to fix first.”

Every hazard is rated for likelihood and consequence, then sorted highest risk first, so the order is decided for you.

“I don't know what a good control looks like.”

Each risk comes with practical controls, starting with changing how work is done rather than adding another training session.

“Things get agreed then forgotten.”

Every action has an owner, a due date and a review date, so nothing quietly slips.

“We talk about it but never write it down.”

Consultation records are part of the routine, which matters because consulting staff is a legal requirement.

“If someone asked, I'd have nothing to show.”

One tap produces an evidence pack with your results, ratings, controls, action plan and sign-off page.

Three steps, then it runs

No consultants, no spreadsheets, no compliance jargon.

  1. 5 minutes

    Ask

Your team answers a confidential check-in on their phones. You send one link.

  2. Guided

    Act

Pulse builds your risk register and suggests practical controls. You choose what to do and who owns it.

  3. One tap

    Prove

Record your team discussion, then create an evidence pack whenever you need it.

Everything in one place

Confidential check-in

Staff answer 14 short questions on their phone in about five minutes. You can see who has responded, and answers are reported as totals.

Your risk register, built for you

Answers become likelihood and consequence ratings, sorted highest risk first. No spreadsheets.

Practical controls

Suggested controls for each risk, starting with changing how work is done, not just more training.

Actions and owners

Assign who's responsible, set a due date, and get review dates based on each risk rating.

Consultation record

Log when you talked results through with your team, what they raised and what you agreed.

Early warning

See the problem while it is still cheap to fix

Resignations, complaints and claims are lagging indicators. By the time they appear, the cause has usually been building for months. A quarterly check-in gives you leading indicators instead: which hazards are rising, in which teams, and whether last quarter's controls actually worked.

Your year, on recordCheck-ins completed, risks reviewed, evidence currentOpen risksdownQ1Q2Q3Q4
  • Measured, not guessed. Every hazard is rated for likelihood and consequence, so the order of work is decided by the numbers.
  • Tracked over time. Each quarter is compared with the last, so you can see whether a control worked or the risk is still climbing.
  • Pinpointed. Results show where risk concentrates, by site, shift or team, rather than one score for the whole business.
  • Documented as you go. The register, the actions and the consultation record build themselves while you work.

The moment it pays for itself

An inspector calls. A staff member lodges a complaint. Your insurer asks what you have in place. That's when the last twelve months of check-ins stop being admin and start being your answer.

  • Check-in results and risk ratings
  • Controls and action plan, with owners and dates
  • Staff consultation record
  • Management sign-off page

Built for the risks in your industry

The hazards differ by trade. The duty to manage them doesn't.

What an unmanaged risk costs

Four consequences, in the order businesses usually meet them.

First

Turnover

People leave workplaces where problems are not dealt with, and replacing them costs time, money and customers.

Then

A claim

A psychological injury claim can mean long time off work, a team under pressure, and an impact on your WorkSafe premium.

Then

An inspection

Inspectors can require you to produce documents and answer questions, and can issue notices ordering you to fix a breach by a set date.

At worst

$1.8M+

Maximum fine for a company that fails to provide a safe working environment, including a psychologically safe one: 9,000 penalty units. Individual employers face up to 1,800 penalty units.

Maximum penalties under section 21 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic). Penalty unit values are indexed each financial year. General information, not legal advice.

The cheapest time to find a problem is now.

Questions about Pulse

Something else? Get in touch

Are the check-ins confidential?

Yes. You can see who has responded, so you know when everyone has had their say, but the results are reported as totals rather than as individual answers. Results only appear once at least three people have responded.

What if my team says something I don't want to hear?

Then you've found a risk early, while it's still cheap to fix. That's the whole point. Results focus on how work is organised, not on blaming people.

Does Pulse make me compliant?

No tool can promise that, and anyone who says otherwise is overselling. Pulse helps you identify risks, act on them and keep the evidence, which is what you're expected to be able to show.

How much of my time does it take?

The check-ins run themselves. Your part is reviewing the results and deciding what to change, which most owners do in a sitting each quarter.

What size business is it for?

Any size. Pulse works for a single site or a large workforce, with plans for larger teams, groups and franchises.

When can I start?

Founding businesses are being brought on in stages. Join the list and we'll email you as soon as your spot is ready, with everything you need to get going.

Is this legal advice?

No. Pulse is a practical system, not legal advice. For complex matters such as a serious complaint, we'll point you to a workplace lawyer.

What happens after three months?

Your plan moves to the normal monthly price: $49, $129 or $299 depending on the plan. We email you before that happens, and you can cancel at any time.

How is it billed?

Monthly, by card, through our store. You'll get a receipt for every payment.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. If your team grows past a plan's limit, move up and we'll adjust the billing from the next cycle.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep any evidence packs you've already created.

When does my account open?

Founding accounts are activated in stages. You'll get a confirmation email after payment, then your login as soon as your account is ready.

Built by a business owner, not a big consultancy

Sentrawell was started by a bakery owner who has spent years writing procedures and building compliance systems for food businesses.

When the psychological health rules arrived, we wanted something practical that any business could use, from a single shop to a large workforce, so we built it.

  • Plain EnglishNo legal jargon. Written so a busy team can actually follow it.
  • Built for Victorian rulesAligned to the OHS Act and the Psychological Health Regulations 2025.
  • Anonymous by designStaff answer without names, so you hear what's really going on.
  • Made for any size businessFrom a single site to large teams, groups and franchises. No HR department needed.

Built for

  • Hospitality and food
  • Childcare and early learning
  • Aged and disability care
  • Trades and construction
  • Retail and franchises

What Sentrawell does not do

Worth knowing before you buy, not after.

  • Legal advice. For a complex matter we refer you to a workplace lawyer.
  • Any guarantee of compliance, or of the outcome of an inspection, a claim or a court.
  • Investigating complaints or incidents on your behalf.
  • Emergency response. Nothing here replaces calling emergency services.
  • Acting as your WHS representative with a regulator.

Sentrawell supports your compliance processes. It does not determine compliance. The free risk check is preliminary screening, not a formal WHS risk assessment.

Know where you stand. Keep the proof.

Founding spots close 31 December 2026. Join now and pay half price for three months, from 82c a day.
