What you get at the end

Not a generic score out of ten. A short report you can act on this week.

  • Your score against the duties Australian employers must meet
  • The three gaps worth closing first, in order
  • What to do about each one, in plain English
  • Where the pack, Pulse or a conversation fits, if you want help

What the check looks at

The ten areas a regulator, insurer or auditor is most likely to ask about.

  • Hazard identification
  • Written risk register
  • Staff consultation
  • Bullying prevention
  • Sexual harassment prevention
  • Reporting paths
  • Customer aggression
  • Working alone
  • Reviewing controls
  • Evidence on hand

Ten questions, around two minutes. Your score and gaps appear at the end.

Readiness check

Ready when you are

Ten questions. Yes, partly or no. Around two minutes.

Why bother checking at all?

Since 1 December 2025, every Victorian employer has had to identify and control risks to psychological health, and inspectors can require you to produce documents and answer questions. Other states and territories have similar duties.

Most owners assume they're fine. The check takes two minutes and tells you whether that assumption holds.

  • You can't fix what you haven't found

Psychosocial risks are easy to miss because they build slowly, in rosters, workloads and the way problems get handled.

  • Records are what count

Doing the right thing without recording it leaves you with nothing to show.

  • Two minutes now, not two weeks later

After a complaint lands, everything takes longer and costs more.

Is this an official assessment?

No. It's a practical self-check, not legal advice and not a regulator's assessment. It shows where your gaps likely are so you know what to work on.
