Before you buy
This is not a Department of Health registered template. In Victoria, a food safety program you develop must be audited by a Department of Health approved auditor, and an auditor cannot audit a program they helped write, so Sentrawell does not conduct food safety audits. Requirements differ between states and premises classes, so check with your local council first. Most Victorian cafes and restaurants can use the Department of Health's free FoodSmart template instead and will not need this.
