Psychosocial risk, measured every quarter and documented
Australian employers must identify psychosocial hazards, control them, consult staff and review the result. Pulse collects the evidence in about twenty minutes a quarter and exports it as a dated PDF.
Seven days free. No charge until day eight. Cancel any time.
Find the psychosocial hazards in your workplace.
Do something about them, starting with removing the source.
Talk to staff about the risks and what you plan to do.
Check whether the controls worked, and record that you did.
Three steps, four times a year
The duty isn't the difficult part. Producing dated evidence that you met it is.
Ask
Print one QR poster for the break room. Staff scan it and answer fourteen questions on their own phones in about five minutes. No login, no app to install.
Act
Pulse builds your hazard register from the answers, rates each risk, and suggests controls in the order the law expects. You pick who's doing what, and by when.
Prove
Record what you discussed with staff, then export an evidence pack: register, action plan, comments, consultation record and sign-off, dated and ready to hand over.

What every plan includes
No feature gates. The only thing that changes between plans is how many staff you can cover.
Fourteen-question check-in
Written for phones and for people who are tired at the end of a shift. One question per screen.
Risk rating you can defend
A five by five matrix, with likelihood taken from how often staff report each hazard rather than a guess.
Controls in the right order
Suggestions start with removing the hazard and end with training, which is the order regulators expect to see.
Evidence pack PDF
Cover with the legal basis for your state, register, action plan, staff comments, consultation record and sign-off.
Works on any computer
Run the register from your desk and check progress from your phone. Staff only ever need the poster.
Wording for your state
The register and evidence pack cite the duties that apply where you operate, not a generic national summary.
Confidential answers, reported as totals
Staff answer more accurately when they know their individual responses aren't read by their employer. Pulse reports the numbers, not the people.
You see what the workplace reported. You don't see what any one person answered.
- Results are shown as totals across your workplace, never as one person's answers.
- Nothing appears until at least three people have responded.
- You can see how many have completed the check-in, so you know when to prompt the team.
- Written comments are held until the check-in closes, then shown together.
- Staff create no account and set no password.
- Data is stored in Australia.
Questions
Does this make my business compliant?
No system can promise that. What Pulse produces is evidence of the reasonable steps you've taken: what you asked, what the responses showed, what you decided to do, who owns each action, and when you consulted staff. That is what an inspector asks to see.
Can my staff see that I won't read their individual answers?
Results are only ever shown as totals across the workplace, and nothing appears until at least three people have responded. Written comments are held until the check-in closes and then shown together. Say this to your team before the first check-in; response rates depend on it.
Do staff have to download an app?
No. They scan the poster and answer in their phone's browser. There is no login, no password and nothing to install.
Can I use it on my computer?
Yes. Owners and managers sign in on any computer, tablet or phone. Staff never sign in; they only use the poster.
How do I know when everyone has responded?
The dashboard shows how many of your check-in seats have been completed, so you know when to prompt the team and when to close the round.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
You keep read and export access for two months, so you can download your registers and evidence packs. After that the account is deleted and the underlying responses are destroyed.
Is this legal advice?
No. Pulse is a system for running and recording the process. Complex situations, and anything involving a specific incident or individual, belong with a workplace lawyer or your regulator.
